Refund policy

To be eligible for a refund you should meet the following criteria as below:

1. Milk was foul/expired on arrival same day or next day
2. Glass bottle was broken on arrival by the shipping company
3. You have provided for a chilly bin/bag for the milk to be placed upon delivery

To start a return/refund, you can contact us with your request or complaint at Hello@kelseylanecreamery.co.nz. If your request is accepted, we’ll send you an email with the update on the next steps.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately at Hello@kelseylanecreamery.co.nz if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift items or gift cards. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.


Refunds
Please contact us for any complains with the product at Hello@kelseylanecreamery.co.nz . After reviewing your request we will notify you of the outcome and If your refund request is approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
